Visiting Stockholm, Sweden Part One
My first time to Stockholm, Sweden was this past summer. The city is beautiful and exceptionally clean (it has a Disney world, unbelievable cleanness about it. Just look at my photos of Stockholm and you will be hard-pressed to find a single piece of trash or gum wrapper on the ground).
I enjoyed the museums – more on those in the series to follow. I walked along the water and admired the boathouses, something I recommend you do especially if you visit Stockholm in the summer when the sunlight lasts until almost 11pm! And I appreciated the well-known Scandinavian designs in stores where I walked around wishing I could buy everything and set it all up in my apartment in the exact same way. I walked through Stockholm feeling like a short, auburn haired girl among the city of tall, lean, and white blonde hair (it’s true, they all look like that!), but I enjoyed every minute of it.
